It is an important issue for our country that our disabled individuals have an active role in community and increase their participation in society.

As the NoBarrier team, we continue to work on this issue in two areas.
1- Providing one-to-one coaching services for the disabled
2- Facilitating joint project development of people with disabilities
Coaching service
Coaching service
Our coaching service is and will remain free of charge for our disabled citizens in all our cities in Turkey. Coaching is a mentoring service and aims to improve one-to-one communication.
Joint project management
Joint project management
If you have a project to increase the living standards of our disabled individuals, we direct the necessary part of our volunteer staff to your project to assist you in realizing your project.
Our coaching service
Our coaching service
Coaching is the mentoring service offered to the person requesting the service.
As the program continues, a relationship of trust is formed between the coach and the individual being coached. In accordance with ethical rules, every subject mentioned in bilateral meetings is known only by the two people in the meeting.
In order to ensure this confidentiality, we appoint only the people we choose as coaches.
The person receiving service within the scope of the coaching service conducts interviews with the coach on topics such as life purpose, happiness, career, goals, memories.
The coach makes the client talk, relaxes him/her and listens with interest. The coach does not give advice or convey his/her own views to the client on any matter without the consent of the client.
